polymorph by user2805507

Format: Commander

Commander: Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh and Sakashima of a Thousand Faces

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet polymorph deck that turns the zero-cost Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh into ammunition for a dense suite of polymorph effects - Polymorph, Transmogrify, Proteus Staff, Reality Scramble, Shifting Shadow - flipping a free 0/1 into game-ending monstrosities like Blightsteel Colossus, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, and Void Winnower. Sakashima of a Thousand Faces ignores the legend rule, duplicating the best bomb on the board (or a second Rograkh for extra fodder). Beyond the raw beats, the deck carries a burst-kill package: Rionya, Fire Dancer and Terror of the Peaks turn spell-storms into lethal ETB damage, and Hullbreaker Horror / Tidespout Tyrant enable mana/bounce loops with Sol Ring and Arcane Signet. It is an explosive, high-variance deck that relies on cheating huge bodies into play and multiplying them before the table can answer.
