Format: Commander

Commander: Chatterfang, Squirrel General

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Chatterfang, Squirrel General leads a Golgari token-and-ramp deck. The primary plan is to turbo out Squirrel tokens with Chatterfang's replacement ability, then convert them into card draw, ramp, and drain effects. Secondary paths are an Eldrazi package with From Beyond, Conduit of Ruin, Ulamog, Kozilek, and annihilator beaters, plus a fast combo kill with Pitiless Plunderer and Blood Artist effects. Chatterfang acts as a token multiplier, sac outlet, and combo piece. The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl is a backup squirrel commander in the 99, but the deck is Chatterfang-first. The deck aims to outvalue opponents with redundant token generators and finish with either a wide Squirrel alpha strike or huge Eldrazi.
