Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy tempo burn strategy commanded by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. The primary game plan relies on deploying cheap, evasive 1-drops on Turn 1 and activating Commander Ninjutsu on Turn 2 to put Yuriko into play tapped and attacking unblocked. Yuriko's triggered ability circumvents normal card advantage limits by putting revealed cards directly into hand while dealing direct damage equal to their mana value to every opponent simultaneously. The deck utilizes dense topdeck manipulation such as Brainstorm, Lim-Dûl's Vault, and Scroll Rack to place massive mana value cards like Draco and Shadow of Mortality on top of the library. Cheap interaction, efficient countermagic, and mass phasing protect attackers and disrupt opponents while multi-Ninja attacks close the game around Turn 5.
