Deck overview

There is no hidden commander in this Dinosaur-tribal list; the deck is built around the Owen Grady / Blue, Loyal Raptor partner engine. Owen puts reach, menace, trample, or haste counters on Dinosaurs, and Blue spreads every counter type on itself to every other Dinosaur that enters, making the whole army evasive and fast. The primary path is ramp-heavy midrange: establish cost reducers, resolve Etali or Last March of the Ents for card advantage, then win through a massive hasty attack. A secondary line goes infinite with Marauding Raptor and Polyraptor, usually with a haste source.
