Deck overview

This mono-green aggro deck uses Fynn, the Fangbearer to turn inexpensive deathtouch creatures into fast poison clocks. By pairing 1-drop and 2-drop deathtouchers with Fynn, the deck establishes an aggressive board state on Turn 2 and delivers initial poison counters immediately. Mid-game support focuses on evasion equipment such as Whispersilk Cloak and Rancor, alongside a dense proliferate suite featuring Bloated Contaminator, Evolution Sage, and Contaminant Grafter. Once opponents receive their first poison counters, proliferate engines increase poison totals without requiring continuous combat connections. The deck's primary vulnerability lies in its reliance on fragile creatures and its commander remaining on the battlefield. Targeted removal on Fynn or symmetric board wipes reset its damage velocity, and the absence of tutors requires relying on natural card draws for protection spells like Heroic Intervention. Overall, it operates as a focused, synergistic aggro deck that rapidly pressures life totals through poison counters.
