Deck overview

Kykar, Wind's Fury spearheads an explosive Jeskai storm and combo strategy designed for competitive multiplayer tables. The deck leverages dense zero-to-one CMC fast mana, ritual velocity, and efficient card selection to assemble game-winning combinations reliably by Turn 3. Its primary win condition pairs Underworld Breach with Lion's Eye Diamond and Brain Freeze, milling the entire library to achieve an instant win via Thassa's Oracle or table-wide mill. As a redundant backup plan, the deck runs instant-speed creature combos including Dualcaster Mage paired with Twinflame or Molten Duplication, as well as Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker lines and Hullbreaker Horror bounce loops. Robust defensive layers—featuring free interaction like Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Deflecting Swat, alongside proactive silences like Grand Abolisher and Ranger-Captain of Eos—ensure high resilience during critical combo turns. The result is a fast, versatile, and highly compact deck capable of winning on the spot while navigating opposing disruption.
