Deck overview

The Wise Mothman leads a Sultai rad-counter deck that turns milling into +1/+1 counters and card advantage. The primary plan is to accumulate rad counters on opponents, mill them repeatedly through combat triggers and activated abilities, then convert those mills into a massive board of trampling, unblockable, or evasive Mutants. Secondary paths include proliferate-based counter doubling with Hardened Scales and Corpsejack Menace, graveyard recursion through Muldrotha and Raul, and a token swarm from Screeching Scorchbeast and Vault 12. The commander is a mill vector and counter engine, but the deck can still function through proliferate and recursion if he is removed.
