Deck overview

This Golgari deck is built around Winter, Cynical Opportunist, leveraging self-mill and high card-type diversity to achieve Delirium rapidly. By loading the graveyard with artifacts, enchantments, creatures, lands, and sorceries, the deck transforms Winter, Cynical Opportunist into a repeatable end-step reanimation engine that cheats massive game-ending permanents into play as early as Turn 4. Flagship targets include Archon of Cruelty, Sheoldred, Whispering One, and lock pieces like Possessed Portal and God-Pharaoh's Statue, which systematically dismantle opposing boards while building an overwhelming board state. Supporting spells like Reanimate and Victimize provide redundancy, while Culling Ritual clears opposing fast development. In addition to overwhelming combat and attrition lines, the deck packs a compact infinite combo in Witherbloom Apprentice and Chain of Smog to drain the entire table in a single turn.
