Deck overview

This is a Gruul "cast Etali, copy Etali, chain through opponents' libraries" deck with a compact infinite-combo backbone. The front face of the commander, Etali, Primal Conqueror, is the primary engine: each ETB exiles one nonland from each opponent's top and lets you cast those spells for free. The back face, Etali, Primal Sickness, is a niche infect closer that the deck rarely plans to transform into. The 99 is built around multiplying that trigger with Rionya, Fire Dancer, Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink, Panharmonicon, Strionic Resonator, Heat Shimmer, Helm of the Host, Delina, Wild Mage, and Blade of Selves. Two combo families finish the game: Food Chain + Squee, the Immortal with a cast-from-exile damage outlet, and Dualcaster Mage + any copy-target-creature spell. Etali, Primal Storm acts as a hidden backup commander for the same attack-trigger plan.
