Deck overview

This Boros Equipment deck is commanded by Thor Odinson, a 4/4 flying, vigilance God Warrior Hero whose double prowess triggers convert every noncreature spell into a rapid +2/+2 stat boost. The deck's primary strategy leverages dense 1–2 CMC mana rocks and equipment tutors to deploy equip-cost reducers such as Forge Anew, Sigarda's Aid, and Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist. Once Thor is cast on Turn 4, high-impact equipment including Colossus Hammer, Mjölnir, Hammer of Thor, and Blackblade Reforged turns him into an evasive lethal commander damage threat by Turn 5. A comprehensive protection suite featuring Flawless Maneuver, Clever Concealment, and a tutorable Sunforger package shields the board against targeted removal and sweepers. The deck also carries an infinite combat win condition via Aggravated Assault and Sword of Feast and Famine alongside table-wide damage scaling from Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar.
