Deck overview

This Naya deck combines Warrior tribal synergies with an Aura-focused Voltron strategy led by Mazzy, Truesword Paladin. The primary game plan establishes an aggressive board of low-cost Warrior creatures during the opening turns, deploys Mazzy by Turn 4, and enhances attackers with potent Auras like Ancestral Mask, Rancor, and Boar Umbra. Mazzy grants attacking enchanted creatures +2/+0 and trample, allowing the deck to deliver heavy combat damage starting on Turn 5. If an Aura is destroyed or goes to the graveyard, Mazzy exiles it so you can recast it on your next turn, providing exceptional resilience against removal. Supporting pieces like Setessan Champion and Wyleth, Soul of Steel sustain card draw, while Marisi, Breaker of the Coil and Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar secure combat and protect your turn from opposing disruption. Although the deck lacks instant-speed interaction and must eliminate opponents across multiple combat steps, its high creature redundancy, totem armor protection, and recursive Aura engine create a resilient and hard-hitting aggro force.
