Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Grixis Reanimator strategy commanded by Sauron, Lord of the Rings. It leverages fast mana and efficient graveyard tutors to cheat massive creatures into play on early turns. Its primary route reanimates Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur or Archon of Cruelty as early as Turn 3, devastating opponent resources while refilling your hand. Backed by free countermagic like Force of Will and board wipes like Toxic Deluge, the deck establishes commanding board control before overwhelming the table through combat. The commander acts as a late-game recursive bomb that amasses an army, mills more threats, and returns key creatures directly to play.
