Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Orzhov storm list configured for competitive Commander play. It leverages a dense suite of fast mana rocks and black rituals to deploy Bolas's Citadel as early as Turn 2 or 3. Once Citadel resolves, the deck casts through its library using life as mana, finding Sensei's Divining Top and Aetherflux Reservoir to gain hundreds of life and eliminate the entire table in a single turn. The deck shields its decisive turn using premier white protection spells like Silence, Grand Abolisher, and Ranger-Captain of Eos, which prevent opponents from interacting on the stack. High-impact hatebears such as Drannith Magistrate and Opposition Agent slow down opposing strategies while the deck sculpts its hand. Even when its main line faces disruption, recursion from Yawgmoth's Will and alternate value engines like Sheoldred, the Apocalypse provide quick recovery paths to close the game.
