Deck overview

This Grixis list is a high-performance cEDH turbo deck built around format-ceiling velocity, compact combo lines, and resilient stack protection. Commanded by Kefka, Court Mage, the deck primarily aims to execute a fast, deterministic win on Turns 2–3 via Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact. In parallel, it leverages premier black card advantage spells like Ad Nauseam, Necropotence, and Necrodominance to draw through its library, supported by explosive positive-mana rocks and rituals. If the primary Oracle line is contested, Underworld Breach alongside Lion's Eye Diamond and Brain Freeze provides a lethal mill and storm loop. A dense suite of free counterspells (Force of Will, Pact of Negation, Fierce Guardianship) and proactive deterrents (Defense Grid, Hexing Squelcher) shields critical turns, while Opposition Agent and Orcish Bowmasters punish opposing game plans.
