Deck overview

Memnarch heads a dedicated mono-blue artifact combo deck designed to generate infinite mana and establish complete board dominance. The deck rarely casts Memnarch early, relying instead on mana rocks and artifact tutors to assemble fast two-card combinations such as Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal, Grand Architect with Pili-Pala, or Basalt Monolith with Rings of Brighthearth. Once you generate infinite mana, Memnarch acts as a command-zone outlet to steal every permanent your opponents control. Alternatively, infinite mana feeds Walking Ballista for immediate lethal damage or Blue Sun's Zenith to force opponents to draw out their libraries, closing games cleanly.
