Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos aristocrats and control strategy commanded by Mahadi, Emporium Master. The game plan revolves around forcing symmetrical creature sacrifices through creatures like Accursed Marauder and Plaguecrafter, which Mahadi converts into massive Treasure generation on each of your end steps. These accumulated Treasures provide substantial mana acceleration to deploy oppressive enchantments like Dictate of Erebos and Blood Moon, alongside devastating draw engines like Yawgmoth, Thran Physician and Skullclamp. Once the board is under control, the deck leverages life-draining payoffs including Mayhem Devil, Mirkwood Bats, Marionette Apprentice, and Cut // Ribbons to burn out all opponents simultaneously. The list combines heavy creature disruption with robust card flow, making it resilient against creature-heavy battlecruiser decks while maintaining strong late-game inevitability.
