This Abzan Food-and-lifegain deck is built around the partner pair Frodo, Adventurous Hobbit and Sam, Loyal Attendant. Sam produces a free Food token at the start of each combat and discounts Food activations by {1}, while Frodo turns life gain into Ring tempts and card draw. The deck's core loop is converting Food generation into life, cards, and an ever-growing board of Halflings and Treefolk via Rosie Cotton of South Lane, Treebeard, Gracious Host, and Farmer Cotton. It wins through incremental table-wide drain from Gollum, Obsessed Stalker, Sanguine Bond, and Mirkwood Bats, or by swinging with a massive Feasting Hobbit/Banquet Guests made unblockable by Access Tunnel or Rogue's Passage. The long-game trump is Bilbo, Birthday Celebrant, whose 111-life activation dumps the deck's entire creature suite onto the battlefield. There are no infinite combos; this is a value-grind deck that wins through inevitability and life-total math.
