Chiefest & Greatest Calamity by StirFrei

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug, Wicked Worm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Smaug, Wicked Worm commands a Rakdos Treasure and aristocrat engine that converts artifact generation into massive card draw and lethal burn. When Smaug enters the battlefield, he hoards Treasures based on opposing artifacts, turning subsequent Treasure expenditures into card advantage to keep your hand full. The deck builds momentum through token payoff pieces like Mirkwood Bats, Marionette Master, and Mayhem Devil to steadily drain opponents whenever artifacts enter or leave play. You close out games by amplifying damage with Fiery Emancipation, executing lethal burn through Jaya's Immolating Inferno, or assembling infinite haste tokens using Dualcaster Mage and Saw in Half.
