One Winged Angel by Grizzlegrom

Format: Commander

Commander: Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-black aristocrats deck leverages Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER to grind down opponents through steady life drain and explosive sacrifice loops. The deck focuses on generating expendable creature tokens and recurring threats to feed sacrifice outlets. Once four creatures die in a single turn, Sephiroth transforms into Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel, creating a permanent, emblem-based drain engine and providing massive card draw during combat. The primary win condition revolves around infinite sacrifice loops, notably Warren Soultrader with Forsaken Miner and a drain effect like Blood Artist, or Gravecrawler loops with Phyrexian Altar. Secondary wins include Torment of Hailfire, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, and overwhelming creature attrition via Grave Pact.
