This deck is a Jeskai Spellslinger Blink strategy commanded by Shiko, Paragon of the Way. The game plan leverages Shiko's enters-the-battlefield trigger to exile and cast nonland cards with mana value 3 or less from the graveyard for free, creating exceptional card and mana efficiency. Early turns focus on establishing mana rocks and filtering high-impact spells like See the Truth into the graveyard. Once Shiko enters on Turn 4, the deck chains cheap blink spells such as Ephemerate, Cloudshift, and Ghostly Flicker to repeatedly re-trigger Shiko and generate overwhelming card advantage.
