Deck overview

Rashmi and Ragavan plus a Temur blink/artifact shell: ramp with artifact mana rocks and artifact lands, get the commander down early, then use its trigger to exile and cast cheap spells from opponents while producing Treasures. The deck also wants to resolve Etali, Primal Conqueror or Portal to Phyrexia and repeatedly blink them with Ghostly Flicker, Displacer Kitten, and Conjurer's Closet. Maelstrom Wanderer and Temur Ascendancy give haste for a final attack; Cyberdrive Awakener can turn a wall of rocks into flying 4/4s. Rashmi, Eternities Crafter acts as a backup engine. There is an optional infinite-flicker mana engine with Eternal Witness, Peregrine Drake, and Ghostly Flicker, but it needs a separate payoff to close the game.
