(EDH) What you Shanna do when they come for you? by beaumonth

Format: Commander

Commander: Shanna, Purifying Blade

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Bant lifegain mid-range engine commanded by Shanna, Purifying Blade. Shanna converts life gained each turn into extra card draw at end step, steadily out-valuing opponents while building a dominant board. Early turns establish mana acceleration and passive lifegain triggers through creatures like Soul Warden and Authority of the Consuls. In the mid-game, large lifelink beaters, life multipliers like The Wind Crystal, and counter engines like Lathiel and Heroic Feast translate high life totals into substantial board presence. The deck closes games through an upkeep win with Felidar Sovereign, massive combat damage powered by Doctor Strange and large flyers, or overwhelming card advantage.
