Deck overview

Y'shtola, Night's Blessed pilots an Esper control-spellslinger deck that turns life loss into cards and noncreature spells into burn. The primary plan is to land Y'shtola, keep her alive, and cast two or more MV3-plus instants and sorceries each turn; each cast drains all opponents while the end-step life-loss trigger replaces cards. Wizard tokens from Circle of Power and Transpose, plus Papalymo and Kambal, multiply the drain. Secondary wins include Exsanguinate, repeated Bolas's Citadel activations, and G'raha Tia/Vito beatdown. Alisaie and Alphinaud act as a hidden partner engine inside the 99, while Teferi and free counterspells protect the chain. There is no true hidden commander; the deck is built around Y'shtola's repeatable trigger.
