Deck overview

The Great Goblin commands a Rakdos aristocrats and amass strategy that weaponizes counters and creature deaths. The deck generates Goblin, Orc, and Army tokens through spells like Swarming of Moria and Bolg of the North, triggering the commander to deal direct burn damage to opponents whenever counters are placed. Simultaneously, sacrificing these expendable creatures to engines like Skirk Prospector and Skullclamp fuels steady card advantage by exiling playable cards with The Great Goblin. The primary win conditions involve burning the table through repeated counter triggers, draining life with Mirkwood Bats and Boggart Cursecrafter, and delivering decisive combat blows with massive trample Armies led by Great Goblin, Foul-Hearted.
