HR: Department of Consequences by RCG

Format: Commander

Commander: Talion, the Kindly Lord

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Talion, the Kindly Lord pilots a Dimir control deck built around tax effects, counterspells, and mass removal. The commander acts as a flying card-advantage engine that chips two life per qualifying spell; against a normal table he also draws cards. The primary win line is to resolve Bloodletter of Aclazotz or Wound Reflection, then cast Torment of Hailfire (or Exsanguinate) for X=7 to drain all opponents. Secondary paths are Syr Konrad armed with board wipes, stolen spells via Opposition Agent/Gonti, and planeswalker ultimates. There is no hidden commander; Talion is a value piece, not a combo requirement.
