Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a spellslinger commander who doubles as a mana ritual and a shrink-like damage clock. The deck's primary plan is to cast Vivi early, then chain cheap instants and sorceries to grow her power, use her once-per-turn mana ability to keep casting multiple spells, and draw into a compact copy loop. Secondary paths include loading the graveyard for a Mizzix's Mastery overload, or transforming The Emperor of Palamecia into The Lord Master of Hell for a huge Starfall attack. Veyran, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Narset's Reversal form an infinite-mana engine that powers Explosion for lethal. The Emperor acts as a hidden commander in the 99, providing a redundant noncreature-spell payoff and finisher.
