Deck overview

This is a spellslinger/storm deck built around Veyran, Voice of Duality, using her ability to double every cast/copy trigger in the 99. The plan is to deploy Veyran on turn three or four, then resolve a cheap spell chain with copy effects - Reverberate, Teach by Example, Increasing Vengeance, Repeated Reverberation, Alania, Divergent Storm, Loki Laufeyson, Spinerock Tyrant, and Thousand-Year Storm - while permanents like Guttersnipe, Storm-Kiln Artist, Archmage Emeritus, and Ral, Storm Conduit convert every cast/copy into damage, mana, or cards. The deck finishes with a copied X spell such as Crackle with Power or Jaya's Immolating Inferno, an overloaded Mizzix's Mastery, or back-to-back copied extra turns from Time Warp/Temporal Manipulation. It is a high-variance, explosive deck: the ceiling is very high when the spell chain comes together, but 39 lands and limited search mean it can also durdle while waiting for the right engine pieces.
