Edgar Markov leads a Mardu Vampire army that wins by flooding the board with Eminence tokens, pumping them with Lords and attack-trigger counters, and draining opponents through lifegain. The primary plan is an aggressive go-wide curve: each Vampire spell creates a token, while Legion Lieutenant, Stromkirk Captain, and Markov Baron turn the swarm into a lethal clock. Secondary paths are an infinite life-drain loop built from Vito/Bloodthirsty Conqueror with Exquisite Blood/Sanguine Bond, and a slower recursion engine via Reanimate, Victimize, and Haunting Voyage. Bloodline Keeper // Lord of Lineage acts as a second token producer/lord, but Edgar himself remains the engine; his Eminence works even before he is cast.
