Deck overview

This is a Grixis Villain tribal midrange deck helmed by Doctor Doom, King of Latveria. The plan leverages Doom's combat-step connive and land-discard drain alongside a dense suite of Villain ETB/attack triggers, discard payoffs, and go-wide token makers. Primary wins come from attrition drains (Monument to Endurance, Cool but Rude, Doom's land trigger) stacked with menace combat, supported by anthems like Doctor Octopus, Master Planner and The Squadron Sinister. Secondary lines include reanimation (Reanimate, Animate Dead), mayhem casting off Norman Osborn // Green Goblin, and one light combo finish that the deck cannot reliably tutor. The commander is a strong engine but not the sole path-many Villains self-connive and the discard package functions without him.
