Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a spellslinger/storm combo deck. The primary plan is to chain cheap instants, sorceries, and artifacts while Vivi, Harmonic Prodigy, Veyran, and Ghyrson Starn turn each spell into table-wide damage and mana. The cleanest win is Niv-Mizzet, Parun paired with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout to draw-ping the table; Hullbreaker Horror plus Sol Ring/Mana Vault/Mox Amber generates infinite storm into Grapeshot or Brain Freeze; Underworld Breach provides a recursive third path. Vivi is the engine and on-board mana dork, and the closest hidden commander is Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty, which fuels red storm lines.
