Zombies by user1435471

Format: Commander

Commander: Varina, Lich Queen

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Varina, Lich Queen runs an Esper Zombie midrange/combo plan: attack with Zombies to loot, fill the graveyard, and turn those resources into a wide board and eventually a loop. The primary kill is an infinite drain loop using Gravecrawler with Warren Soultrader or an altar, plus Wayward Servant, Corpse Knight, Bontu's Monument, or The Meathook Massacre. Secondary pressure comes from anthem lords, flying tokens from On Wings of Gold, and Bolas's Citadel card advantage. The Scarab God and Temmet are value backups rather than hidden commanders.
