Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is an artifact-centric proliferate deck that aims to put counters on charge-counter and +1/+1 payoffs, then win via Darksteel Reactor, Lux Artillery, or board-wide artifact aggro. The deck uses Kilo's tap-trigger proliferate as a repeatable engine, repeated by crewing spacecraft, using Manifold Key, Voltaic Key, or Clever Conjurer to untap, and supplemented by proliferate spells and creatures. Secondary paths include going wide with thopters, golems, and artifact creatures while applying pressure with Alibou and Cyberdrive Awakener. A hidden commander is Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, which doubles every proliferate; the deck can win through an overwhelming counter advantage even if Kilo is removed. The deck is built to use Kilo's speed and tap synergy, but it also functions as a generic artifact counter deck without the commander.
