The Legion's Punishment by beesk

Format: Commander

Commander: Razia, Boros Archangel

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Boros deck is a highly thematic **damage redirection** strategy built to turn symmetrical pain into asymmetrical victory. The primary game plan involves deploying indestructible or resilient creatures that use damage as a resource-Boros Reckoner, Brash Taunter, Stuffy Doll-and then amplifying that damage through Dictate of the Twin Gods, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, and Insult // Injury. Once a damage doubler is in place, a single board-wiping burn spell like Blasphemous Act or Chain Reaction becomes a one-shot kill, with each damage trigger firing at multiplied values at each opponent. The commander Razia, Boron Archangel is unusually pricey but adds a haste- having body that can both sweep to reset the board and redirect damage in a pinch, making her a secondary redirection avenue if the primary combo runs out. The deck can also dome opponents via increment treasures if it loses the key creature. Its engine is entirely in the 99; Razia is a strong supplement but never required.
