Kelsien, the Plague is a Mardu assassin-commander deck that turns targeted pings into experience counters, then closes with commander damage or a huge Chandra's Ignition. The deck leans on deathtouch equipment and crime payoffs to control the board while Kelsien grows. Secondary paths include Queen Marchesa monarch pressure, Dihada card advantage, and outlaw tribal synergies. The commander is the primary engine and finisher, but the deck can still function as a removal-heavy midrange pile if Kelsien is answered.
