Deck overview

This deck is a mono-red burn and spellslinger deck commanded by Solphim, Mayhem Dominus. The strategy focuses on deploying low-cost pingers like Firebrand Archer, Coruscation Mage, and Guttersnipe, then casting Solphim to double all noncombat damage dealt to opponents. Once the damage doubling engine is online, symmetric burn spells like Flame Rift, Price of Progress, and Fiery Confluence deal devastating bursts of damage across the entire table. The deck also features high-impact damage amplifiers such as Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, Fiery Inscription, and Mechanized Warfare to maintain lethality even if Solphim is removed. Supporting pieces like Bolt Bend, Return the Favor, and Hexing Squelcher protect key spells from countermagic and targeted removal. Mana acceleration from Sol Ring, Mana Geyser, and cost-reducers fuels explosive multi-spell turns. By turning cheap instants and sorceries into massive table-wide life loss, the deck rapidly eliminates all three opponents in synchronized fashion.
