BURD-UP!! by MTGham

Format: Commander

Commander: Choco, Seeker of Paradise

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Choco, Seeker of Paradise leads a Bant Bird-tribal landfall deck. The primary plan is to attack with Birds, using Choco's attack trigger to draw Birds and put extra lands into play, then convert those landfall triggers into a wide flying board via Emeria Angel, Chocobo Racetrack, and Traveling Chocobo. Secondary paths are counter-based beats with Sazh Katzroy and Scythecat Cub, and a reanimation/pump angle with Kastral. Sazh Katzroy acts as a hidden commander, tutoring Birds and doubling counters. The commander is the card-advantage engine; the deck finishes with Craterhoof Behemoth, Beastmaster Ascension, or Finale of Devastation, protected by Sephara and instant-speed indestructible effects.
