This is a Dimir artifact-value deck helmed by Golbez, Crystal Collector, who turns every artifact you play into a surveil trigger and, at critical mass, recurs creatures from the graveyard while draining opponents. The primary game plan is to flood the board with cheap artifacts and artifact creatures, use Golbez's end-step recursion to grind value, and eventually assemble an infinite-mana loop (Krark-Clan Ironworks or Ashnod's Altar + Nim Deathmantle + a token producer like Myr Battlesphere or Phyrexian Triniform) to fuel a Time Sieve extra-turn chain or a Marionette Master/Disciple of the Vault drain finish. The deck also packs Bolas's Citadel as a secondary engine and Buried Alive to set up reanimation lines. It wins through combo inevitability rather than combat, though Thopter Spy Network and Wurmcoil Engine provide solid fallback pressure.
