Deck overview

This Sultai deck harnesses the synergy between self-mill, land recursion, and reanimation with Teval, the Balanced Scale at the helm. By attacking with Teval, the deck mills cards, ramps lands directly from the graveyard to the battlefield, and generates Zombie Druid tokens whenever cards leave the graveyard. The mana acceleration and card flow provided by engines like Life from the Loam, The Gitrog Monster, and Insidious Roots rapidly build an expansive mana base and fill the graveyard with high-impact creatures. The deck translates this compounding resource advantage into a decisive victory around Turn 5 or 6 using mass reanimation spells like Living Death, explosive land drops with Field of the Dead and Scute Swarm, or an overwhelming combat assault powered by Craterhoof Behemoth and Wonder.
