Deck overview

This is a Dimir Zombie-tribal attrition deck built around The Scarab God. The primary game plan is to build a critical mass of Zombie tokens, pump them with lords, mill cards into graveyards, and use the commander as a repeatable mana sink that turns dead creatures into 4/4 Zombie copies while draining the table by Zombie count. There are no infinite combos; wins come from swarm combat, death-trigger drain, and mass reanimation. Secondary paths include devotion bursts from Gray Merchant of Asphodel and mass resurrection via Zombie Apocalypse or Grimoire of the Dead. Although the commander itself is a God rather than a Zombie, nearly every other card in the deck rewards controlling Zombies, making this a fair, grind-oriented midrange deck that seeks to out-value opponents through recursion, token production, and incremental life loss.
