Deck overview

This is a Simic Elf-tribal value deck built around Galadriel, Elven-Queen's council trigger. The plan is to put an Elf onto the battlefield every turn so each combat opens with a vote: guidance draws a card, dominion grows an increasingly unblockable Ring-bearer, and every vote chains into Erestor of the Council and Model of Unity for extra draw and scry. A heavy ramp package (mana dorks, Cultivate, Wood Elves, Farhaven Elf) lands Galadriel by turn 3-4, then the deck goes over the top with Genesis Wave, Elvish Piper, and high-mana payoffs like Hornet Queen, Realm Seekers, Mirkwood Elk, Gandalf, Westward Voyager, and Radagast, Wizard of Wilds. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through combat, usually closing with Overwhelming Stampede, Lothlorien Blade, or a pumped, ring-empowered Elf. The voting subtheme also supplies flexible disruption via Cirdan the Shipwright, Elrond of the White Council, Trap the Trespassers, and Sail into the West.
