Deck overview

Orvar, the All-Form is the engine of a mono-blue combo-control deck. The primary plan is to cast Orvar early, then use cheap instants that target your own permanents to create token copies of lands, mana rocks, and creatures. This generates explosive mana and card advantage, leading to infinite mana through Peregrine Drake flickers or Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal. The deck then wins by locking opponents out with buyback Capsize or by attacking with a huge army of copied creatures. Secondary paths include controlling the board with counterspells and bounce until a combo line resolves. There is no hidden commander; Orvar is the sole focus, with Thassa and Vesuvan Duplimancy as support engines.
