Commander: Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver is the engine of a blue-black Zombie value deck. The primary plan is to build a wide, expendable board of Zombie tokens, sacrifice them for mana and triggers, and convert every death into cards and life loss. Wilhelt's end-step sacrifice draws an extra card each turn, while Diregraf Captain, Plague Belcher, and Undead Augur turn those deaths into reach. The secondary path is a compact infinite combo: Rooftop Storm plus Gravecrawler with a sacrifice outlet and a drain lord, which ends the game in one activation. The deck can also win through combat with lords, flying, and menace. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Wilhelt's token-and-draw loop.
