Muckslinger by TenguHangover

Format: Commander

Commander: The Muckslinger Gang

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

The Muckslinger Gang is a Jund power-matters deck that uses its commander to give +3/+3 to other creatures when they are not attacking or blocking and to creature cards you own outside the battlefield and stack. This turns mana dorks and cheap creatures into 4+ power threats. The primary plan is to hit the 4-power threshold to unlock draw with Elemental Bond, Garruk's Uprising, Outcaster Trailblazer and Vaultborn Tyrant, mana with Selvala and Fanatic of Rhonas, and cost reduction with Goreclaw, then win with trampled combat doubled by Unnatural Growth, Zopandrel or Xenagos or with ETB damage from Terror of the Peaks, Warstorm Surge and Sarkhan's Unsealing. Secondary paths sacrifice big creatures to Jarad, Ziatora, Fling, Kazuul's Fury and Chandra's Ignition. Terror of the Peaks acts as the hidden commander that turns every large entry into direct damage.
