Deck overview

This Izzet partner deck helmed by Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Breeches, Brazen Plunderer combines aggressive Pirate-tribal tempo with hyper-efficient A+B infinite combo finishes. Malcolm converts every instance of Pirate damage to opponents into Treasure tokens, generating immense mana velocity while fixing colors. The primary win condition is a compact 2-card infinite combo between Malcolm and Glint-Horn Buccaneer, which deals infinite damage across all opponents on the Declare Attackers step. Backing up the primary line is a redundant suite of damage pingers (Reckless Fireweaver, Weftstalker Ardent) combined with creature-type changers (Imagecrafter, Blades of Velis Vel, Stalactite Dagger) that produce infinite Treasures and damage upon any artifact entry. The deck protects its combo turn using a lean suite of 1-to-2 mana countermagic, targeted bounce, and redirection effects.
