Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Landfall and +1/+1 counters deck led by Toph, the First Metalbender. Toph turns nontoken artifacts into lands and animates lands each end step via earthbend 2, creating hasty 2/2 land creatures that return to the battlefield tapped whenever they die or face exile. The strategy develops early mana through low-cost ramp before deploying Toph on turn 4. From there, the deck stacks landfall triggers and counter doublers using powerhouses like Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, Bumi, Unleashed, Omnath, Locus of Rage, and Avenger of Zendikar. It controls opposing boards with flexible spot removal like Swords to Plowshares and Beast Within while protecting its own board with Heroic Intervention, Earthshape, and Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar. Games conclude around turn 8 via overwhelming combat damage from massive land armies, extra combat phases, and decisive finishers like Craterhoof Behemoth.
