Dwarves by gratefulfred

Format: Commander

Commander: Dwalin, Weaponmaster

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf/Equipment aggro deck that develops a wide, treasure-generating Dwarf board and then wins with a same-turn extra-combat chain. Dwalin, Weaponmaster is a cheap, anthem-style commander whose hone counters scale every Equipment in play, but the deck's true hidden engine is Magda, Brazen Outlaw - five tapped Dwarves become five Treasures, and five Treasures become an artifact tutor. The primary finish is combat-phase violence: Combat Celebrant, Port Razer, and Genji Glove generate multiple combats in one turn, while Helm of the Host on Combat Celebrant goes infinite. A suited-up Colossus Hammer threat or a giant Balin, Loremaster + An Unexpected Party blast serves as the backup kill.
