Commander: Thromok the Insatiable

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thromok the Insatiable is a devour-combo deck that turns lands and tokens into a one-shot kill. Primary plan animates lands with Living Plane, Living Lands, Nature's Revolt and Kormus Bell plus Urborg, or floods tokens via Mycoloth, Awakening Zone and Gutter Grime, then devours 5-7 creatures to make Thromok 25-49 power and wins with Chandra's Ignition, Fling or Soul's Fire. Secondary paths use Mycoloth or Lumra as backup huge creatures for the same outlets, or grind with Rage Thrower and Valakut Exploration. Thromok is the quadratic payoff and mandatory combo piece; Lumra, Bellow of the Woods acts as hidden commander providing land recursion and a second massive body.
