WIP The Necromancer by user5438571

Format: Commander

Commander: Sauron, Lord of the Rings

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Grixis reanimator that wins by filling its own graveyard and cheating in high-power threats, with Sauron as a repeatable cast-trigger reanimation engine and a 9/9 trample finisher. The primary line is looting/mill into Reanimate, Living Death, or Cauldron's Gift, then letting Sauron amass an Army and recur another creature every time he is cast. A secondary Wraith plan builds around hidden commander Lord of the Nazgul, turning instants/sorceries into 3/3 Wraiths and eventually 9/9s. The deck also steals opponent graveyard creatures and can close games with Scourge of the Throne's extra combat or In the Darkness Bind Them's mass haste steal. It is a value midrange build, not a fast combo deck.
