Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue combo-control deck centered on Orvar, the All-Form. It uses cheap targeting cantrips and buyback spells to clone lands, mana rocks, and high-impact utility creatures. The primary game plan develops mana on curve, casts Orvar on Turn 4, and clones basic lands to accelerate into massive mana pools. On Turn 6, the deck deploys an untap creature like Peregrine Drake or an engine artifact like Coveted Jewel. Pairing these permanents with repeatable buyback spells such as Whim of Volrath or Clockspinning generates infinite mana and draws the entire library. The deck wins on that same turn by creating infinite token copies of Agent of Treachery and Venser, Shaper Savant, stealing every permanent owned by opponents and locking them out of the game. It features solid utility lands like Swarmyard and Riptide Laboratory to defend Orvar, backed by reliable countermagic.
