Deck overview

This deck utilizes Jace, Multiverse Architect as a reusable, command-zone polymorph engine to cheat game-warping Praetors and planeswalkers directly into play. By generating disposable tokens via artifacts, enchantments, and spells like Staff of the Storyteller, Court of Grace, and Urabrask's Forge, the deck sacrifices minimal board investment to reveal massive threats including Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, and Sheoldred, Whispering One. Once these oppressive engines hit the battlefield, they systematically strip opposing resources through hand reduction, forced sacrifices, and spell countering. Supporting spells such as Mass Polymorph and Synthetic Destiny provide explosive backup transitions that flip entire token boards into insurmountable Phyrexian armies. The deck backs up this strategy with robust board sweepers and defensive taxes, controlling the pace of the game until combat damage closes out the table.
